Daniel ORourke
Daniel O’Rourke brings over 25 years of asset valuation, financial services and lending experience to Burnley. His career includes significant experience with Hilco/Great American in their appraisal division and later as a co-founder of several lending platforms both in non-bank specialty finance units and at several national asset-based lending institutions. He had served throughout his career in asset valuation and monetization, finance, underwriting, credit, originations, workout and restructuring roles. In the aggregate, the platforms he has either co-founded or served in an executive capacity have entered into financing arrangements with over 250 companies throughout the US, Canada and Europe, totaling over $7.0 billion in originations.
Philip Italiano
Philip specializes in financial analytics and appraisals. At Northfield Valuations he contributes to our appraisal and asset disposition effort. A graduate of Rutgers University and American University, Philip has an extensive background in corporate development, financial analysis and special projects. Before participating with Northfield, Philip undertook a number of endeavors at both startups and nationally recognized companies.
